I have completed seven years of undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate study in Integrative Counselling, Gestalt psychotherapy, Parent and Relationship Mentoring, Therapeutic Play and Life and Business Coaching and I’ve received numerous first honours awards.
‘I’ve trained in two advanced trauma therapies, Transforming Touch and Somatic Experiencing and I work with Creative Arts and Nature. I have MA and HDipEd Qualifications in music and education.
You’ll find my private practice minutes from Tralee town overlooking Tralee Bay. I work with two charities, Coisceim (SHEP) and LIB Multicultural Counselling and Support Service.
As a counsellor/therapist, I’m shaped by my teaching background. In both professions, I have formed deep connections with people and borne witness to the pain and hurts we all experience as we go through life. I have seen peoples’ fantastic resilience, courage, and ability to recover and recreate themselves. My clients inspire me.
